Wholesale enquiries
When you submit a wholesale enquiry, Studio Dokmai uses your name, business email, company, country and any optional contact details or message to respond, discuss samples and stock, and manage your wholesale request. Please do not include payment card details or other sensitive information.
Our website hosting and email service providers process these details to deliver your request. The website keeps a private delivery record to help prevent lost or duplicate enquiries; records older than 90 days are removed during routine enquiry processing. Enquiry emails may remain in our business mailbox for customer follow-up and business records.
If online delivery is unavailable, the form offers an email draft in your own email app. You must send that draft yourself. Opening it does not submit an enquiry through this website.
Optional advertising measurement
Google Ads loads only if you select “Accept advertising”. It may use advertising cookies and information about your browser, device, IP address and ad interactions to measure our advertising. After an enquiry has been accepted by our email service, we send an anonymous enquiry reference to prevent duplicate conversion counts. Your name, email, company and enquiry message are not included in the conversion event. We do not use enhanced conversions.
You can reject optional advertising cookies and still use the website and enquiry forms. Use “Privacy & cookie choices” at the bottom of any page to change your choice. We remember that choice in your browser for up to 180 days. Google explains its processing in its partner sites privacy information.
Website operation and external links
Hosting services process ordinary network information needed to deliver and protect this website. We use local browser storage for your privacy choice and to avoid duplicate conversion events. Fonts and external social or messaging links may connect to their respective providers; those providers have their own privacy notices.
